The caster spends an hour’s worth of time flashing between various scenes of training, research, and study, but they accomplish the work of weeks, possibly even months.
Taramoc’s Taxonomic Test
The caster learns the level of a faraway target as well as the sun it is native to (if it is a creature). The number appears written as appropriately colored light (or colorless light if color does not apply) in the air before the caster for a moment before dissipating.
Thought Bubble
I (and only I) see the thoughts of one target as words in a thought bubble above their head.
Decision Paralysis
The chosen target is unable to make any decision of consequence within the next hour.
Murmuration
A murmuration of swallows, locusts, beetles, or other small local creature shows a desired short phrase, number, or simple iconographic image in a large area.
Sewn Silence
A person who you point at will have their mouth sewn shut. The magical threads cannot be cut open by an effect less than twice the level of this spell.
Private Eyes
You may leave behind one or both of your eyes and still see through them. If the eyes are not collected by the time the spell ends (after 1 hour per level of the spell), they are lost forever.
Piercing Gaze
You shoot three magic daggers per eye of the caster, one per second, in a direct line from your eyes towards the target. They can pierce through glass and other clear barriers as long as your sight's not obscured. The daggers inflict a total damage equal to the spell's level.
Gourmet Palate
You gain the ability to distinguish tastes down to minutiae and can determine with great accuracy what ingredients were used. If the food used to be an animal, you glimpse into its memories.
Lost in Translation
Causes a conversation between two people you can see to sound like an unfamiliar foreign language to each other.
